Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Pharmacy Tech Specialist for the Home Infusion department. The role supports pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintains patient records, and assists with deliveries and billing tasks.

Requires Michigan licensure and sterile compounding experience. Under supervision, you will handle IV admixtures, hazardous drug preparation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum six months of specialized training beyond high school.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sterile compounding; home infusion experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares IV admixtures for home infusion patients.
• Interprets and follows complex compounding formulas.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment used in clean room and related policies.
• Ensures correct NDC products are used for compounding and accurate charge capture.
• Maintains knowledge of IV stability and storage issues.
• Maintains drug labeling information and prepares hazardous drugs for home infusion.
