Job summary

Basic Home Infusion in Troy, MI, seeks a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care at home or in clinic settings. You will travel within the area to manage intrathecal pain therapy, educate families, and coordinate with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; at least 1 year in home infusion or pain management.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage intrathecal pump therapy for chronic pain patients.
• Perform pump refills, reprogramming, and troubleshooting with prescribing providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on regimens, pump function, and signs of adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare team members for continuity of care.
• Document all care activities and communications in electronic medical records.
