Job summary

The Cigna Group's Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a Home Infusion Nurse to deliver specialty medications in patients' homes across eastern PA and Delaware. You will collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure safe, personalized care and build strong patient relationships.

Required are an active RN license, 1+ year in critical/acute/home health, IV infusion skills, and willingness to travel. A BSN is preferred and a 40-hour week including some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40‑hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty meds (including IV) in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support patient well‑being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in patient records.
• Serve as primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to optimize outcomes.
