Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking a PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) with IVIg experience to administer immune globulin infusions in the patient's home in Washington, DC. The role involves coordinating care with the physician, pharmacists, and family, and delivering therapy with compassion.

The RN will work a noon start time Monday–Friday as requested, manage vascular access, ensure safety, document visits, and maintain licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• IVIg infusion experience required.
• In-home infusion experience preferred; no new patient onboarding required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IVIg therapy to patients in their home per physician plan.
• Provide one-on-one nursing care and education during visits.
• Maintain clear documentation and coordinate with physicians and pharmacists.

• Medication: Octagam - Infuse 30 grams intravenously once every 4 weeks
• Length of treatment: 2 Hours Pre Hydration + 3 Hours & 15 Minutes + Prep Time
• Location: Washington, DC 20008
• Initial Date of Service: 08/27/26 or 08/28/26
• Access: PIV - Hardstick
• Pump: Curlin Pump

Preferences:

• The patient prefers a noon start time Monday–Friday, with Monday or Friday being the preferred days whenever possible
• The patient is comfortable with any RN experienced with difficult PIV access
• The patient is not new to treatment

Responsibilities of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse

• Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home.
• Make a meaningful impact by leveraging your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.

Requirements of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse:

• Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• IVIg experience required
• In-home infusion experience is generally required. Exceptions may apply.
• A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel
• A clear background check
