The Cigna Group is seeking a registered nurse to administer specialty medications at patients' homes, including IV infusions, and coordinate care with multimodal teams. You will document progress and serve as the primary contact for patient updates.

Responsibilities include autonomous clinical decisions, travel across a large geographic region, and collaboration with pharmacists to support holistic patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 38 - 63 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
