Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordi­nate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care. You will work under structured supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Home visits may be required, with travel up to 100% of the time in some cases.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments for home or alternate infusion site.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents care and progress.
• Provides training or mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Communicates with Clinical team, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.
