Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Glassboro, NJ is hiring a full-time Home Infusion Nurse to deliver care in the patient’s home. You will perform IV therapy, monitor patient status, and collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include a current RN license, 3 years’ RN experience (home care preferred), CPR certification, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. This role supports growth within a national infusion provider.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, ideally with home care experience; exceptional IV skills.
• BSN/ADN or graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition; act as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive client care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and listen to concerns; relay to the nursing team.
• Perform IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate

Successful Candidates Must Meet The Following Requirements
