Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to support Bear, DE and surrounding areas. This full‑time role delivers IV therapies at patient homes, assesses conditions and collaborates with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must hold a current RN license, have 3+ years of nursing experience (home care preferred), possess a BSN or ADN, maintain CPR certification, and be eligible to work in the US with successful background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN, ideally with home care.
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapy and monitor patients in home settings.
• Observe, interpret and communicate patient condition; advocate for the patient.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities:

• Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate
• Interpersonal Skills: Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes
• Communication: Discuss health care with patients and listen to their concerns, relay to the nursing team
• IV therapy
• Compliance: Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program

Physical Demands:
