Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to join our field team in the United States. You will conduct 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, identify termite activity and pest concerns, and present customers with customized protection plans.

Build trust with homeowners through professional guidance and top-tier service. You’ll follow up on leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline to meet personal income and performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required.

By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected. Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, you can win over customers with confidence and care.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

What will my work environment be like?

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
