Orkin is looking for a driven Sales Inspector in Branford, CT to deliver comprehensive termite protection services and trusted protection plans for homeowners. You will perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, identify risks, and present practical solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

In this role you’ll leverage award-winning training to close deals, manage your schedule and sales pipeline, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with base pay plus commissions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

As an Orkin Sales Inspector, you’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected. Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, you can win over customers with confidence and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

What will my work environment be like?

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
