Five Star Bath Solutions of Sacramento is seeking a driven Home Improvement Sales Representative in Sacramento, CA. You will conduct in-home consultations, present bath solutions, and close sales in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of meeting goals, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule including evenings. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Present and demonstrate bath solution products, packages, and pricing to homeowners.
• Develop and close sales using proven consultative selling techniques.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing efforts and referrals.
• Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

• 100% Comission: $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
