Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant to close warm leads with uncapped commissions and multiple revenue streams. The role targets homeowners with solar and roofing solutions and offers paid training and strong earning potential.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience or strong closer background. You will work with warm leads provided by marketing and field teams, aiming to exceed sales goals and grow within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan
