Job summary

Bullman Heating & Air seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems for homeowners in the Asheville area. In this field-based role, you’ll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; perform preventive maintenance; and ensure safe, efficient system performance.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers, explain findings and options, and document all work.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to homeowners.
• EPA/ refrigerant handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system operation.
• Document work performed and communicate options to customers.
