American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse with an active IL license for a daytime, 40-hour position serving patients in the local area. The role focuses on home-based nursing and therapy, with a ~24–26 patient caseload and a 15‑mile territory.

Requirements include IL RN licensure, BLS, COVID/flu vaccination, and experience with OASIS. Travel and telehealth may be involved, with an iPad provided and Matrix EMR used for documentation.

Competenze

• Active IL RN license required.
• Home health experience required; strong med-surg with home health considered.
• BLS certification required or willing to obtain; OASIS experience preferred.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required; declinations not accepted.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled nursing and therapy services in patients' homes.
• Manage a caseload of ~24–26 patients within a 15‑mile territory.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team and supervise CNAs.
• Complete OASIS documentation and start of care activities as needed.
• Utilize Matrix EMR and telehealth/virtual visits as appropriate.
