Responsibilities

• Staffs all assigned schedules with appropriate personnel and tracks changes daily.
• Responds to calls and concerns; coordinates reports and data management.
• May coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding for equipment, paperwork, training.
• May review, process and resolve claims issues in assigned queues.
• Updates department directories, phone lists, charts, orders and team meeting info.
• Fields patient/family calls and routes to the appropriate team member to facilitate admissions.
