Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA-accredited school; foreign-trained equivalence acceptable per ASHA credentials evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and manage the plan of care.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and clinical records to meet regulations.
