Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home care across Springfield, MO. You will assess, diagnose, and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, and provide AAC solutions to improve daily communication.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting, with full-time daytime hours and a $10K sign-on bonus. You must hold CCC-SLP and an active state license, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with completed graduate coursework and clinical practicum in an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC solutions for communication disorders.
• Other duties as assigned.
