Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health visits in Ashburn, VA. You will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care to adults and geriatric patients in patients' homes.

Eligible candidates will have a VA SLP license, CCC certification preferred, and comfort with EMR documentation. Per diem role with flexible scheduling and comprehensive safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Virginia required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated Ashburn, VA territory.
• Perform evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and care plan.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety at home.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in the EMR.
