Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health and outpatient therapy services. This role offers opportunities to deliver Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and maximize therapeutic impact for patients within Medicare’s guidelines.

Responsibilities
