Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across the branch network. You will evaluate, treat, and document speech-language needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

This role requires a Master’s in Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and travel up to 50%. A valid driver’s license is needed. We offer tuition reimbursement, CE opportunities, 401K with match, comprehensive insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work.
• Minimum one year of clinical SLP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct speech-language pathology services per accepted standards.
• Evaluates patients and develops Plan of Care; documents therapy notes.
• Admits patients and conducts initial therapy evaluations with ongoing re-evaluations.
• Communicates findings to supervisor and care team; coordinates with physician orders.
