Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress; identify improvements and ongoing challenges.
• Ensure setup, use, and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current in the field.

• Review patient records prior to sessions to develop a clear, personalized treatment approach
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)andactive licenseto practice in the state of Texas
