Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapeutic services to patients in their homes across Russell, KS. This role focuses on rehabilitation of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, working under physician direction to deliver patient‑centered care.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with salary plus vehicle allowance and on‑call pay, plus full health, dental and vision benefits, generous PTO, ongoing training, a company‑matched

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
