Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care LLC in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide coordinated care to clients across all ages in home health settings. You will plan, implement, and evaluate plans of care to restore or maintain communication, swallowing, and cognitive functioning.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of SLP experience in clinical care.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an SLP in a clinical care setting.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs.
• Develop and revise Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Provide therapy and implement evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor cases for third-party payer compliance.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team; participate in case conferences.
• Maintain documentation and pursue ongoing education.
