Job summary

Amenity Health Services is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Field Supervisor to oversee SLPAs/SLP-CFs in patients' homes. You will supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical practice while building and balancing caseloads to ensure quality care per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include field visits, clinical decision support, and ongoing documentation to support treatment plans and patient goals across diverse home-health cases.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid CCC-SLP license in the state of Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a home health or clinical setting.
• Valid proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for home health SLPAs and/or SLP-CFs, offering guidance and support in clinical decision-making, patient care and documentation.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality care and provide mentorship.
• Monitor and evaluate SLPAs/SLP-CFs progress, providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Build and maintain caseloads for home health SLPAs/SLP-CFs to optimize productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to adjust caseloads based on therapist availability and patient needs.
• Ensure caseload management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct at least 8 patient evaluations per week to develop individualized treatment plans.
