BAYADA Home Health Care in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem home-based therapy role serving adults and seniors in Camden/Burlington counties. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering 1:1 care to improve communication, safe swallowing, and quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold NJ licensure, CCC-SLP or equivalent, with EMR experience preferred.

Competenze

• Current NJ license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or equivalent, or pursuing certification.
• Completed education/work requirements for certification.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Visit clients in designated geographic territories for home health therapy.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians on multidisciplinary care plans.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem opportunity to provide home-based outpatient therapy and support to adults and seniors, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), in the Camden and Burlington County areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Therapist who values meaningful, one-on-one care, and who thrives in an environment focused on dignity, respect, and empowering clients to live independently in their communities.

• Make facility visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients who are experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician’s orders, and recommended goals.
• Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan, and participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet.

Speech Language Pathologist, SLP Qualifications:

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NJ.
• Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or;
• Have the equivalent educational requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and work experience necessary for such a certificate, and be awaiting the opportunity to take the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association examination for certification, or;
• Have completed the necessary work and education requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and be in the process of accumulating the necessary supervised work experience required for certification.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$60.00-$68.00 per point
