Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ASHA-certified program to practice in the state.
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the work state.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ~20% travel to patient locations.
• Experience with EMR software and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care plans in home health settings.
• Collaborate with clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors.
• Uphold charting deadlines and document patient progress accurately.
