Job summary

Staffed Therapy, LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to deliver in-home therapy across Southern California. We value highly motivated, organized therapists who communicate well and are eager to learn in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

New grads are welcome, with a comprehensive 1-on-1 orientation to rules, regulations, and home health protocols. We use digital documentation, offer territory choice, and provide strong clinical support from an in‑house Nurse Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required
• CA state license required or in process
• New grads welcome with orientation provided

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using electronic documentation
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate goals and discharge planning
