Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for Saddle Brook, NJ. You will provide expert, patient-centered therapy in a home-health setting, delivering 1:1 care with team support and flexible scheduling.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, active SLP license in New Jersey, and current BLS/CPR; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and communicate patients' speech or language needs to determine therapy requirements.
• Teach patients to produce sounds and improve voice quality.
• Demonstrate alternative communication methods, such as sign language, when needed.
• Educate healthcare team, patients, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises for progress.
• Document progress and submit accurate visit notes per agency policy.
