Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for home visits in Rock Hill, Lancaster, and York counties, SC. Part- or full-time PRN opportunities available to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ communication and swallowing needs at home.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad/tablet.
