Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in elderly patients at home. You’ll design personalized therapy plans and train family caregivers on home exercise programs, adapting to each living environment.

Role requires a valid SLP license and CCC-SLP certification, with preferred experience in geriatric or home health settings.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license and CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience with geriatric patients or home health care preferred.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing in elderly patients.
• Develop targeted therapy plans to improve speech and communication.
• Provide exercises and strategies to address dysphagia and safe swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home practice and strategies.
• Monitor progress and refine treatment plans for better outcomes.
