Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in LaGrange, GA. You will provide patient-centered care in patients' homes across Troup, Harris, and Muscogee counties with weekly visits and PRN scheduling.

Enjoy flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company. A Master’s degree and GA licensure are required, along with BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to evaluate levels of speech or language difficulty and determine therapy need.
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve voice.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members and caregivers in exercises to support progress outside sessions.
• Document progress and clinical notes and submit visit documentation per policy.
