Job summary

Independence Plus, Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our expanding home nursing division in Illinois. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN openings with full benefits, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Salary is negotiable based on experience and patient complexity. You will care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, learn ventilator skills, and be supported by a dedicated team focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required.
• Experience with ventilator care or complex patient needs preferred.
• CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Develop ventilator care skills and apply them in patient homes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support patient success.
