Job summary

Independence Plus, Inc. is expanding our specialized home nursing division in Illinois and is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home. You will learn ventilator skills and work with a dedicated team to help patients thrive.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN openings with full benefits, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Salaries negotiable based on experience and patient complexity.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized at-home nursing care to medically complex adult and pediatric patients
• Learn ventilator skills and operate related equipment
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure patient and family success
