Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home in Beverly, MA is seeking a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct home care services with emphasis on community health education. You will complete initial assessments, initiate and revise plans of care, and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.

Responsibilities include supervising home health aides every two weeks and identifying discharge planning needs, with proficiency in OASIS completion and EPIC documentation in line with agency

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of direct home care/public health nursing experience preferred.
• OASIS and/or EPIC experience preferred.
