SANZIE HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC. is seeking an RN Supervisor to deliver skilled nursing care and supervise home health staff according to the Plan of Care and company standards.

You will establish and implement the client service plan in coordination with the team, regularly assess nursing needs, and ensure high-quality in-home care. You will supervise CNAs and aides, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with physicians to adjust the Plan of Care.
