Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to service Ipswich, Newburyport, and Rowley. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes, enabling them to stay home with compassionate, reliable support.

You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute conditions, and handle urgent clinical situations while maintaining meticulous documentation and patient teaching. A MA RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute, or rehab settings

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the home setting
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in patients' homes
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring
• Carry out comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation
