Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health in Cullman, AL. This full-time role offers a 8a-5p schedule, Mon-Fri, with a $5k sign-on for external candidates. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a 1:1 setting, under MD orders, working within Marshall/Blount coverage area.

• RN degree with current unrestricted license in the state of practice and residence
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license, driving record, and car insurance per Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans in alignment with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
