Varco Home Health is seeking a qualified RN for PRN in-home visits in the San Antonio area. You will perform patient assessments, develop and follow care plans, and provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.

Education for patients and caregivers is part of the role, along with ongoing progress updates and documentation. Candidates should hold a Texas RN license, have home health or acute care experience, and possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and reliable

• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability required.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills expected.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.
