Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Deaconess Hospital team.

This role uses specialized training and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care through the nursing process, policies, and protocols. You will collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality, support professional development, and advocate for ethical, holistic care for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years of hire date.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS certification.
• Two years of experience in home care or acute care setting preferred.
• Advanced degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.

Education

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.28 - $84.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
