Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license (unrestricted).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Infant pediatric care and seizure monitoring.
• ADL assistance: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Medication administration.
• Mobility assistance and transfers.
