Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• CA: Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
• Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
