Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is hiring Home Health Nurses (RN or LPN) in Springfield, MO to care for medically complex children at home.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN in Missouri.
• Pediatric care experience is preferred but not required.
• Specialized training provided in ventilator, trach and g-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home health care to medically complex children.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care plans, progress notes and outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and respond to changes in condition.

THE POSITION

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Hours:
  • Monday-Friday 11p-7a.
  • Saturday/Sunday days.
• Client Specifics: 11 year old with g-button .
• Ask about our $2,500 Sign On Bonus and Shift Differentials; +$2 nights, +$2 weekends
