Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of OR to work in the specialty area of Home Health Care.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule. The role emphasizes patient-centered home visits and adherence to best practices in a dynamic clinical setting. Housing options may be available in some assignments and guaranteed hours are possible.
