Qualifications

• Holds a current Registered Nurse license.

Responsabilités

• Completes comprehensive assessments of clients and caregivers.
• Accepts client admissions and weekend on-call assignments.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care based on assessments.
• Performs treatments requiring specialized skills as ordered.
• Observes and reports signs and symptoms to appropriate personnel.
• Notes changes in physical or emotional status.
• Assesses nutritional needs and diet as ordered.
• Educates patients' families on medication and procedures.
