DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking a caring Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation for Medicare-certified episodes, and to develop and implement individualized care plans in patients' homes.

You will administer treatments, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support positive outcomes. Strong assessment and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• OASIS experience.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS documentation.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes in condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company policies.

DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking caring, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) with OASIS experience to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.

About the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will complete comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation for Medicare-certified episodes. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• OASIS experience.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

At least one year of nursing experience is preferred. Home health experience is an asset but is not required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Home health.
• Wound care.
• IV therapy.
• Chronic disease management.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care.
