Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed healthcare professional to administer skilled home health services in the Shawnee, Kansas area. The role requires clinical experience, state licensure, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.

You will educate patients and families, work with the care team, and perform treatments per physician orders and the plan of care. A valid driver’s license and technology comfort with mobile devices are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
