Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States seeks a compassionate clinician to administer skilled home health care, teach patients and families, and perform services per the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, delivered in patients’ homes.

Requirements include graduation from an approved school of clinical education, current state licensure, at least one year of licensed professional experience, basic technology skills with a mobile device, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
