Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed clinician to administer skilled home health care in Roswell, NM. You will work closely with patients and families, following physician orders and the established plan of care to deliver high-quality care in the home setting.

The role requires an active license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of professional experience, with opportunities for continuing education and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
