Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care utilizing all elements of the nursing process.
• Assesses and evaluates patient/client status by reviewing and implementing the Plan of Care.
• Teaches the patient/client and family self-care techniques.
• Regularly observes the patient/client for changes in condition.
