Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in the Cullman, Alabama area. The role emphasizes teaching patients and families, and delivering services per physician orders and the established plan of care.

Candidates should possess a nursing license in the state, have at least one year of experience, and demonstrate basic technology skills, including using a mobile device, to document and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
